1. Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we only accept credit cards with the Mastercards or Visa logo imprinted on it.


2. Shipping

Our shipping charges are calculated according to the table shown below
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.

Out of State orders will be shipped via Priority Mail. And due to an increase in postal rates, Priority Mail shipping is an additional $2.00.

3. Order Turn-Around
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the day they are placed. Orders placed over the weekend (after 3:00PM on Fridays) are shipped no sooner than Monday.

5. Sample Policy
We know that many of our customers would like to try a sample of our teas before purhcasing a large quantity. This is a great way to introduce yourself to our selections. In order that we may continue our sample program, we have a limit of five loose tea samples per order. If more than five samples are needed, please let us know and we will be more than willing to work it out with you.
